To Collect Free Agami 3G SIM Registration Process/System for GPA 5 holders of SSC 2004 to 2015
1. Send a sms from Teletalk
Type "GPA5< Space >Board< Space >Roll< Space >Passing Year< Space >Mobile No
and Send to 16222
Example "GPA5 Dhaka 123456 2013 01XXXXXXXXX" and Send to 16222
2. In reply sms you will get name and a registration number
3. If You are 18+ at age & have National ID register as your name
or Under 18years register with guardian name & who has National ID
visit http://agami.teletalk.com.bd/ for online registration
4. You should select your nearest teletalk customer care in online registration process from where you will collect the AGAMI SIM.
5.Submit Registration form and Print Completed Registration form.
Type "GPA5< Space >
Example "GPA5 Dhaka 123456 2013 01XXXXXXXXX" and Send to 16222
3. If You are 18+ at age & have National ID register as your name
or Under 18years register with guardian name & who has National ID
visit http://agami.teletalk.com.bd/ for online registrationor Under 18years register with guardian name & who has National ID
4. You should select your nearest teletalk customer care in online registration process from where you will collect the AGAMI SIM.
5.Submit Registration form and Print Completed Registration form.

- bring online registration form printed (If you want to reprint http://agami.teletalk.com.bd/index.php?action=reprint)
- Guardians/Self 2 passport size photo ( Jar name online registration hoeche)
- Guardians/Self National ID Photocopy ( Jar name online registration hoeche)
- Student Admit Card/Certificate/Marksheet of SSC and Its Photocopy
- Filled Up SAF Form from online or will be available at customer care
- bring online registration form printed (If you want to reprint http://agami.teletalk.com.bd/index.php?action=reprint)
- Guardians/Self 2 passport size photo ( Jar name online registration hoeche)
- Guardians/Self National ID Photocopy ( Jar name online registration hoeche)
