Copy/record/repurposing any content being streamed is prohibited and legally punishable by law.
5. Where do I check for the programs of particular channel?
You can select channel from the channel list & browse the program of that channel by clicking on TV Guide icon. Note: Program guides are not available for all channels.
6. Will I be charged extra for playing the content?
No, there will not be any data charge for playing the contents.
7. How can I check my active packs?
Go to Settings> Packages from Robi TV app or Go to Menu>My Packs from in the mobile site of Robi TV (tv.robizone.mobi).
8. How can I deactivate?
You can deactivate from your app by just clicking on “unsubscribe” or from the mobile site of Robi TV (tv.robizone.mobi). You can also write STOP TV and send to 21201 to stop Robi TV subscription.
9. Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
Yes all subscriptions are auto renewable until you deactivate the package.
10. Will I get any notification SMS before auto renewal?
Yes, you will be notified before and after renewal of Weekly and Monthly packages.
11. Will there be any data charge for downloading the app?
Yes, data charges will be applicable for downloading from Google Play Store. Good thing is the app size is less than 1 MB.
12. Can I get the app free of cost?
App is free of cost but data charge will be applicable for downloading the app from Google Play store.
13. Is there any browsing charge of the Robi TV mobile site?
No, there will be no additional data charge for browsing of the Robi TV mobile site and streaming from that site. You just need to pay the subscription charges only.
14. Does it support all devices?
It supports android and other devices that support video streaming. Windows devices are not supported. In iOS there’s no app available but you can watch TV using the mobile site (http://tv.robizone.mobi). If any device is not supported then the mobile site will give a notification about incompatibility.

Yes, Dial *140*7*8*2# to deactivate Robi TV service.
16. What are the deactivation options available for Robi TV?

17. When I open the URL & click on channel for viewing, it takes long time to load the video. Why?
The usual time for a video to start would be anywhere between 2 sec to 20 sec. This varies based on the network conditions.
18. Do I need Robi 3.5G to watch Mobile TV?
No. You can watch Robi TV with 2G as well but experience will be better if you use Robi 3.5G.
19. What is Regular Pack?
Regular Pack will give access to viewing limited number of channels as per channel list mentioned below. Regular channels are available at daily/weekly/monthly pack for pricing of Tk5/Tk20/Tk.50 (+SD&VAT). Please note there will be no additional data charge applicable for watching content.
20. What is premium Pack?
Premium Pack will give access to viewing all available channels as per channel list mentioned below & will be available at daily/weekly/monthly pack for pricing of Tk. 10/Tk. 40/Tk.100 (+SD&VAT). Please note there will be no additional data charge applicable for watching content.
21. Can I activate Premium pack if I am already subscribed to Regular pack?
Yes. You can subscribe to Premium Pack even if you are already subscribed to regular pack. During the time of subscription your regular channel pack will be automatically deactivated & your premium pack will be activated.
22. If I am subscribed to any regular pack can I choose other regular packs?
Yes, you can subscribe to other available Regular packs but for that you have to unsubscribe first your existing Regular Pack .Then you can check other available Regular pack will be activated.
